Mr. Lowe has practiced law for over 50 years.  He is a high-energy, skilled and fearless litigator, having tried hundreds of cases over the years.  He graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law, Boalt Hall and has been a member of the California Bar since 1962 and a member of the Marshall Islands Bar since the Trust Territory days.  Mr. Lowe is a walking encyclopedia on Marshall Islands law, culture, and politics.  Although based in California, Mr. Lowe continues to maintain an active practice in the Marshall Islands.  Below is a list of some of the highlights of his long career:
